well as many as you guys are aware of ppl these days compete to see who like anime/manga more or who is a bigger addict ect. ppl who are hardcore lovers of anime/collecting cosplaying or w/e usually bash on the ppl who don't read manga and just watch anime and declaring themselves addicted or w/e and the list goes on...i honestly think its pretty silly and shouldnt be a matter of debate and proving to know more read more or even see more anime. please share your thoughts, this forum can use some

Yeah I very much agree, while I tend to stick to Manga due to being up to date, i also generally like the anime versions.

although, now adays I tend to not like fillers in the Animes, since to me they feel kinda pointless because they are not cannon and such. Also mainly because when i watch a Anime that I also read it's Manga form, I tend to want it to hurrey up and get to fun exciting parts instead of taking it's time (I'm talking to you Naruto!)

Though I'll admit that I liked the big Bount ark in Bleach.

I know it's an old topic, but to me, Anime & Manga are pretty much the same thing.

I know that a lot of people (especially manga fans) would probably disagree with me, but I'll admit that I'm not exactly a fan.

I have 2 Anime films - Akira, and Laputa : Castle in the Sky. To me the only difference is that one's suitable for all ages, the other one isn't.

well its mainly that when theres a anime of a manga, theres usually some filler (that would in almost all ways not add anything to the story sadly).

For example Naruto and it fillers, any jutsu Naruto and co get in a filler, they won't actually have later on. Also cases like Naruto has a bad history of fillers
