I suggest the people write some tile of the thread must care about the market demand. What they need.
But, how do we know it.

For exam, if I want to write down something about Xbox 360, I put the Xbox 360 in google keyword tools. See what the market demand.
di you see that, 1830000 people want to know the Xbox 360 videos, 18300000 people want to know the Xbox 360 video games,450000 people want to know the xbox 360 accessories,etc...
normally people want to click the thread only because they see the title first. that means if the title include the information what they want, they will check it.
For example, If want to write something about the xbox 360 games, I do find people want to xbox 360 video games in by the tools.

So, I will named my thread like this
Cool 2009 latest xbox 360 video games review
xbox 360 games live video


what ever we like. Same way, we can list PS3
I found 550000 people looking for PS3 video. OOh! Cool.
So the thread title in PS3 forum will be
the top 10 PS3 video


We do post what people looking for, sooner will find the forum will be very very hot.
